Brian L. Scott provides the focus, knowledge and expertise to navigate the law and help you safely arrive at your legal destination. He practices in the areas of estate planning, probate, and family law.

Brian provides counsel to individuals and families in planning their estates to allow clients to meet their objectives while minimizing estate and gift tax. He advises individual clients on wealth transfer strategies, in addition to traditional estate planning areas of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives. He also advises clients on marriage contracts, marital dissolution and other aspects of property obligations stemming from marriage. Estate, probate and trust administration, comprise the balance of Brian's practice.

Brian received his Juris Doctor degree from William Mitchell College of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, Minnesota. He is a Minneapolis, Minnesota native.
